Echo Recording Management Process
In accordance with the Echo Lecture Campus Data Retirement Policy which can be found in the University Policy Library, ITS will remove recordings, that are over 3 years old, bi-annually (March and October – Specific Dates to be determined)

What if I have recordings I want to save?
View all your recordings at https://echoess.pace.edu:8443 by logging in with your MyPace Portal Username and Password.  For any recordings you wish to save, follow the instructions on how to download: Tutorial on Finding and Downloading Echo Files.  Please note that the ITS process is permanent, so you must download your recordings before Monday, March 16th.

How often does the Echo recording clean up occur?
The cleaning management process will occur bi-annually and Ed Media will provide a reminder prior to the start of the process.
